MY STORY

Participating in the sport domain for almost 3 decades, first as a dedicated Division 1 athlete, and then as a coach, I have learned the importance of an effective mindset. Through my work as a personal trainer, and coaching youth sports, I found that there was a key piece missing from the training that many teams were doing. This oversight leads to inconsistent performance and prevents many athletes, and teams, from achieving their goals and reaching their potential.

With a Masters of Science in Applied Sport Psychology, I began training the mental side of performance to complement the sport specific physical training. This "strength training for your mind" approach has helped numerous athletes and teams to compete at their very best.

 

I am still an active competitive coach and have led 5 teams to State Championships. The work done by these teams to train their mental game helped them gain an edge over their opponents and lead to their peak performance.

The one-on-one consultation sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. These 50 minute sessions are designed to provide you with the tools and strategies necessary to take your game to the next level.

TEAM TRAINING

It is essential for teams to work cohesively and create an intentional culture. Team training sessions are customized programs to build strong working relationships within each team. Goal setting and action planning workshops will help teams develop an unwavering vision, establish productive communication strategies, and maintain a common focus, to help them achieve their peak performance.
